The Carisbrook to Horsham Pipeline (also known as the GPV Pipeline) is a transmission pipeline located in western Victoria. The pipeline is owned by Gas Pipelines Victoria (GPV).
The pipeline is 183 km in length. It provides high-pressure natural gas from the Carisbrook metering station and supplied via the Victorian DTS to AusNet Services, who in turn supply end-use customers in Avoca, Ararat, Stawell and Horsham.
The Carisbrook to Horsham Pipeline is currently a non-scheme pipeline, and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR. On 13 December 2017, the AER granted a 5 year category 2 exemption under Part 23 of the NGR for the Carisbrook to Horsham Pipeline under the name GPV Pipeline/Carisbrook to Horsham Pipeline. On 13 November 2020, the AER revoked the category 2 exemption approved by the AER on 13 December 2017 and granted a new category 3 exemption under Chapter 6A of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR.
