The Roma Lateral is a transmission lateral pipeline located in central Queensland. The pipeline is owned by GLNG, which is a joint venture between Santos, Petronas, Total, and Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS).
The Roma Lateral connects to GLNG’s Comet Ridge to Wallumbilla (CRWP) Loop.
The Roma Lateral is currently a non-scheme pipeline, and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR. On 25 May 2018, the AER granted a 5 year category 3 exemption under Part 23 of the NGR for the Roma Lateral under the name GLNG Lateral Pipeline (Roma).
