The Moura Pipeline is owned by Allgas Energy Pty Ltd and operated by APA Group.
It is a 1km pipeline taking gas from the Westside Corporation Ltd-owned Meridien Pipeline (Qld PPL 26) and delivering it to the Queensland Nitrates Pty Ltd facility at Moura. The Moura Pipeline is currently a non-scheme pipeline and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR. On 25 May 2018, the AER granted a five-year category 3 exemption under Part 23 of the NGR for the Moura Pipeline.
