EO4 is a transmission pipeline located in central Queensland. The pipeline is owned by Queensland Gas Company (QGC).

The EO4 pipeline connects the Windibri Central Processing Plant to the Kenya Central Processing Plant.

EO4 is currently a non-scheme pipeline and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR. On 1 March 2019, the AER granted five-year category 1 and 2 exemptions under Part 23 of the NGR for the EO4 pipeline.
