The Comet Ridge to Wallumbilla Pipeline (CRWP) is a transmission pipeline located in south-east Queensland. The pipeline is owned by GLNG, which is a joint venture between Santos, Petronas, Total and Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS).

The CRWP is 127 km in length and has a diameter of 300-450 mm. It has a forward haul capacity of 950 TJ/day and a back haul capacity of 175 TJ/day. 

The CRWP links the Fairview gas plant at Comet Ridge with the Wallumbilla gas hub near Roma in Queensland. It is also connected to GLNG’s Roma Underground Gas Storage Facility. Since GLNG’s LNG export facility commenced operation in the second half of 2015, the CRWP has generally transported gas in a northerly direction to GLNG’s gas transmission pipeline for transport to its LNG facility at Gladstone. It can also transport gas in a southerly direction from GLNG’s Fairview, Arcadia and Comet Ridge coal seam gas fields in the Bowen-Surat basin to the domestic market and the Roma Underground Gas Storage Facility.

The CRWP is currently a non-scheme pipeline, and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR. On 18 January 2018, the AER granted a 5 year category 1 and category 2 exemption under Part 23 of the NGR for the CRWP Pipeline. 

The CRWP was constructed in 2007.
