The Owen Springs Lateral Extension is a transmission pipeline in the central region of the Northern Territory. The pipeline is owned by Power and Water Corporation and is operated by the APA Group.

The Owen Springs Lateral Extension is currently a non-scheme pipeline , and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR. On 29 October 2018, the AER granted Category 1 and Category 2 exemptions under Part 23 of the NGR for the Owen Springs Lateral Extension.
