The Bayu Undan to Darwin Pipeline is a 502 km, 26-inch, transmission pipeline that connects the Bayu-Undan field in the Timor Sea to the Darwin LNG plant at Wickham Point. The pipeline is owned and operated by ConocoPhilips Pipeline Australia.

The largest section of the pipeline is in Commonwealth waters and is regulated by the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority and Northern Territory Water. The section of the pipeline within the Northern Territory coastal waters is regulated by the Northern Territory Government under the Energy Pipeline Act and NT Coastal Pipeline Licence. The Bayu Undan to Darwin LNG Pipeline is currently a non-scheme pipeline and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6 of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR. On 28 November 2019, the AER granted a five-year category 2 and 3 exemption under the NGR for the Bayu Undan to Darwin Pipeline.
