The Nowra Distribution Network is a distribution network in the Shoalhaven local government area of the NSW south coast.

The network is owned by Icon Distribution Investments and Jemena Networks (trading as Evoenergy). The network serves the Nowra area. The Nowra distribution network is currently a non-scheme pipeline and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapters 4 and 5 of the NGL and Part 10 of the NGR. On 12 October 2023, the AER granted a five-year category 2 exemption for the Nowra Distribution Network.
